Matthew has a great smile and can be friendly, playful and affectionate. He enjoys camping, playing with trucks, coloring, drawing and singing. He especially loves spending time with his teenage foster brother, who has become his idol. Matthew has global developmental delays and needs high structure and supervision. Despite his challenges, when Matthew is happy, he lights up the world for those around him.
