Frances, or Franney, is a sweet, caring girl who loves animals, especially dogs. She’s also active on a bowling team, in Girl Scouts and in her church. Franney is inquisitive and fun to be around. You might find her drawing, reading or doing arts and crafts projects like making jewelry. Franney is doing well in school.
