A Posen man was charged Wednesday with sexually assaulting a woman in her Tinley Park home, police said.
Steven Aguirre, 22, of the 14400 block of Blaine Avenue was ordered held in lieu of $250,000 bail. The woman, 26, told police she and Aguirre were at a social event Sept. 1 when she invited him to her apartment, where the assault occurred, Tinley Park Police Cmdr. Phil Valois said.
Valois said the woman had known Aguirre for a few weeks.
Tinley Park police said the case is not related to two cases last month involving two women who were assaulted after being given a "date rape" drug.
