JARC, 21190 95th Ave. S. in West Boca Raton, has planned an employer appreciation breakfast/resource fair starting at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3.

The breakfast portion of the event honors companies that have hired developmentally disabled JARC residents and clients. Starting at 10 a.m., the resource fair will provide a variety of information about health-related issues, including government benefits.

The fair is open to the public and will also feature representatives from stage agencies, pharmaceutical companies and financial planning firms. The event is free, but reservations are required.
