Bloomingdale’s in the Town Center Mall, 5840 Glades Road, is hosting a holiday cooking demonstration at 1 p.m. Dec. 6 in the main course on level three, and it will be led by Cakes by Blanca founder Blanca Combas. The event will focus on tips for mastering chocolate deserts including chocolate chunk brownies and fondue. Attendees will take home a recipe card provided by Gourmet Executive Chef and PBS star Sara Moulton. All Bloomingdale’s cooking events are free.
