The city is officially wrapping up the holiday season with its annual "Winter Fair Extravaganza." From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 30 at Patch Reef Park, 2000 W. Yamato Road, there will be plenty of entertainment for children ages 2 to 12 including rides, arts and crafts. The cost is $3 for individual rides or $15 for unlimited rides.
