The Mae Volen Senior Center, 1515 W. Palmetto Park Road, is having its fifth annual "Stamping For Freedom" event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 5. The event honors military personnel serving overseas, and participants will package and send gifts, cards and other personal items.
