The third annual Festival of the Arts BOCA runs from March 5 to 15 and features a full slate of classical music, jazz and literature. The festival opens at 7 p.m. March 5 with the Boca Raton Rotary Club’s Future Stars Competition and concludes at 7 p.m. March 15 with a performance by the Russian National Orchestra. Notable literary events include a 7 p.m. March 6 presentation by Sir Salman Rushdie and a 7 p.m. March 9 presentation by former Under Secretary of the United Nations Shashi Tharoor.
