Walkers, volunteers needed for MS Walk at South County Regional Park

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s MS Walk begins at 9 a.m. March 1 at South County Regional Park, 11200 Park Access Road, and they are in need of both walkers and volunteers.
“MS interrupts the flow of information between the brain and body, and it stops people from moving. This year more than ever we need the support of the community to help us raise critical funds to support those in dire need in South Florida,” said Karen Dresbach, National MS Society’s South Florida Chapter president. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. March 1. For more information about the MS Walk or other MS events, visit www.mswalksouthflorida.org or call 800-344-4867.
