Pearl City Easter dinner set for April 12 at Barton Center

Temple Beth El, Boca Helping Hands and The Wayne Barton Study Center are joining forces for the third annual Pearl City Easter Dinner from 1 to 4 p.m. April 12 at the Barton Center, 269 NE 14th St. About 100 volunteers are donating dishes for those in need, and there will be an Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Temple Beth El member Jack Jaiven organized the first two dinners and is leading this year’s effort.
“The response from temple members has been fantastic, and as a result we have many of the food items for the dinner, but can always use more,” he said. For more information, call Rabbi Jessica Spitalnic Brockman at 561-391-8900.
