The fifth annual "Israel Under the Stars" concert is at 6 p.m. April 29 at the Mizner Park Amphitheater, and thousands are expected at Israel’s Independence Day celebration. The free event is sponsored by the Jewish Community Relations Council and will feature entertainment by Yehudah Katz with Reva L’Sheva.
