Hunger 4 Fitness comes to Coral Springs

The Hunger 4 Fitness Running Club (H4FRC) has announced a “We Run Coral Springs” tour.
Each month, members will meet at a pre-scheduled park in Coral Springs for a day of health and fitness. The club was launched with the mission of promoting general fitness and fighting the epidemic of American obesity.

The event is free to the public and all fitness levels are invited. Currently, the club is meeting at 10 a.m. on the first Sunday of each month.

Hunger 4 Fitness Running Club is a member of Running in the USA and is dedicated to promoting running, walking, and other fitness-related activities in the Coral Springs area. There are currently more than 50 members ranging in ages 17 to 76. To see photos and videos, and to stay in touch with important event announcements, visit hunger4fitness.com/run.
