Train to be a lifeguard in Davie


American Red Cross lifeguard training classes will be staged at the Davie Pine Island Pool, 3800 SW 92nd Ave. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will become certified American Red Cross lifeguards.

Classes run Dec. 27-29. Cost is $300. Participants are responsible for the lifeguard training textbooks prior to the first class. Books can be purchased at American Red Cross,, or downloaded for free at
