Friday Beach Concert Features United States Air Force Rock Band

It’s a United States Air Force Band like seldom imagined. No John Philip Sousa for this lot. The six piece rock band of the United States Air Force active duty professional musicians, arrives in Deerfield Beach’s main beach parking lot for a free concert at 7 p.m. on Friday.

Residents are invited to bring beach chairs and blankets and enjoy two hours of rock & roll, rhythm & blues and jazz and country.

Located between Southeast First Street and Southeast Second Street, the parking lot on Ocean Way will feature the Deerfield Beach Cultural Committee selling refreshments, with proceeds financing scholarships for local students. For information, call 954-480-4429, or see www.Deerfield-Beach.com.
