Take a yoga class at Art and Jazz on the Avenue event

The Colony Hotel and Keith Fox Yoga are having a special night of yoga Oct. 23 during the city of Delray Beach’s “Art & Jazz on the Avenue” event.
A class from 6 to 7:30 p.m. will take place at the Colony Hotel, 525 E. Atlantic Ave. A staffed table and information about the Colony Hotel and Keith Fox Yoga will also be available during the event. One-time card specials of 10 classes for $100 will be sold.

I READ THE ARTICLE ON THE PUMPKIN PATCH AND JAZZ ON THE AVENUE. I CAME TO DELRAY BEACH TO EXPERIENCE THE FUN. EVEN THOUGH IT RAINED THAT EVENING, I HAD FUN. I STAYED AT THE COLONY HOTEL AND LOVED IT. THE NEXT DAY I WALKED ALL AROUND DELRAY BEACH AND MET SOME GREAT PEOPLE. FELL IN LOVE WITH THE NEAT ARTSY ATMOSPHERE. I THEN WENT TO THE FAMOUS "PUMPKIN PATCH". I TREATED MYSELF TO SOME NEAT PUMPKINS AND GORDS FOR MY DINING ROOM TABLE. I HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME IN DELRAY BEACH THAT I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK FOR THE LIGHTING OF THE "TREE". DELRAY BEACH REMINDS ME OF THE QUAINT TOWN IN UPSTATE NEW YORK I GREW UP IN. DEFINITELY A FRIENDLY, FUN PLACE.
