Curious George show set in Hollywood

curious_monkey.jpg

The Art and Culture Center of Hollywood is presenting a free family day at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18 at the Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center, 1770 Monroe St.

Enjoy an adventure story about Curious George, a monkey too curious for his own good. The show follows George’s escapades as he travels from Africa to his new home in America. George finds himself running from “monkey-eating alligators,” riding his new bike, going to his first day of school, visiting the doctor, and even taking a ride to outer space.
