Volunteers needed for Broward Outreach Center in Hollywood

mrm_small.gif

The Broward Outreach Center is looking for volunteers.

The center, at 2056 Scott St., offers programs that are designed to meet the needs of south Broward's homeless population.

Clients are taught life skills that help them to develop goals for going back into the community as productive, tax-paying citizens.

Volunteers for the center will attend a one-hour orientation class.

Food service, tutoring and administration duties are just some of the skills that are needed.

For more information or to find out when is the next orientation date, call 954-620-4017.
