Hallandale offers free telephones for the hard of hearing

Special telephones will be distributed at no cost to the hard of hearing next month in Hallandale Beach.

The giveaway will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4 at the Austin Hepburn Center, 750 NW Eighth Ave.
