Outhouse Festival coming to Hallandale

Hallandale Beach is hosting its third annual Outhouse Festival starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31 at Peter Bluesten Park, 501 SE First Ave.

There will be entertainment, a costume contest, haunted house and more. There is no cost to attend.
