Pembroke Pines to host bicycle rodeo

Pembroke Pines will be hosting a bicycle rodeo for elementary school-age children.

The rodeo, a partnership between the city's Parks & Recreation Department and the Police Department, will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. March 1 at Towngate Park, 901 NW 155th Ave. The rodeo will include an obstacle course, theft prevention tips and safety inspections for helmets and bicycles.
