For residents wishing to get a free health screening, Lighthouse Point will organize its third Annual Health Fair on Saturday.

From 9 a.m. to noon, at the City Fire Station, 3740 NE 22nd Ave. staff from North Broward Medical Center and the Imperial Point Medical Center will be on-hand to give participants free blood pressure checks, glucose checks, carotid artery screenings and other tests will be conducted.

Along with chair massages, a blood mobile is scheduled for residents interested in giving blood. Experts will also be in attendance to answer any medical questions regarding diabetes, cancer and other aliments.
