A free night of gospel music, along with liturgical dance is being hosted by the Pompano Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a local service sorority.

The Uplifting through Praise and Worship event will showcase local choirs, singers and dancers as well as the mime group, The Silent Worshipers at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Word of the Living God Ministries, 149 NW 26th Ave. in Pompano Beach.
