In an effort to help bring more people to Pompano Beach, the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with the Community Redevelopment Agency and Pompano Beach to host a Scenic A1A Car Show & Cruise-In Night.

The joint-effort lasts from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday in the parking lot in front of the Pompano Beach Pier on A1A. The event will feature various vintage cars as well as oldies music and door prizes and a raffle. All vehicles are invited to car show with a $3 fee per car or $5 if the vehicle is for sale. The event and opportunity to view the classic cars is free.

The event will be on the third Friday of every month as a way to bring more people into Pompano Beach. For more information, call 954-410-5536.
