Housing group grand opening

Miami based Pinnacle Housing Group recently opened Pinnacle at Avery Glen, a new generation of affordable, luxury-styled apartment homes.

Located at 3871 North Pine Island Road in Sunrise, the new development offers 140 apartments comprised of 36 one bedroom, one bath garden apartments; 68 two bedroom, two bath garden apartments; and 36 three bedroom, two bath garden apartments. Apartments range from 758 to 1,179 net square feet, and rents are $777 to $1,075. Twenty-eight total units in the development have rents set aside for very low income households, ranging from $324 to $448.

According to Pinnacle Housing Group, Pinnacle at Avery Glen is 100 percent leased as a result of its reasonable rents combined with market-rate amenities, a commitment to “green” building and a highly-effective public-private partnership.

Sunrise Mayor Ryan praised the community and the effective partnership that brought it to pass.

“This is evidence that nothing great happens without people working together,” Ryan said. “Pinnacle Housing Group has changed the idea that affordable housing is a ‘dirty word.’ All future builders of affordable housing now have to come up to the high standard set by Pinnacle Housing Group – and that’s a high bar to rise to.”

Pinnacle Housing Group has developed four other locations in Broward County besides the recent addition, plus two in Palm Beach County and 16 in Miami-Dade including a new project. For more information, call (561) 627-2820 or visit www.PinnacleHousing.com.
