Make sure your child is not left out. Registration for Sunrise's summer camp begins March 2.

The city's Leisure Services Department operates camp sites throughout Sunrise, offering children the chance to play sports and swim, do arts and crafts, and a weekly field trip.

Full-day summer camp will be every weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., June 15 through Aug. 7. The cost is $450 for Sunrise residents. Ask about discounts for multiple children in the same household, and about an afternoon-only option for children attending summer school.
