Learn how to use that sewing machine in the back of your closet
Sunrise Senior Center offers a class on basic stitching called Sewing Creations.
The class is offered Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Sunrise Senior Center, 10650 W. Oakland Park Blvd.
The class is free but you must bring your own materials. Call 954-746-3670 for more information.
