Small claims seminar set for Thursday at library

WELLINGTON - The Palm Beach County Bar Association is having a seminar on filing a small claims suit in court and how to present the information to a judge from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Wellington Branch Library, 1951 Royal Fern Drive.
