New restaurant to give 100 guests free soup for a year Feb. 16

ROYAL PALM BEACH - To celebrate its grand opening, Max and Erma's will be giving away a cup of tortilla soup each week for 52 weeks to the first 100 guests in line at the restaurant, 11111 Southern Blvd., at 11 a.m. Feb. 16. The first 500 customers will receive a T-shirt.
This is the midwest restaurant chain's first location in South Florida.
