Pure Thoughts falls out of Top 20 in Zootoo.com contest

LOXAHATHEE - Pure Thoughts Horse and Foal Rescue of Loxhatchee has fallen out of the top 20 charities on Zootoo.com. Zootoo is a pet lover's Web site that's offering up to a $1 million makeover to one lucky charity. In order to be considered, however, charities must get their friends and supporters to sign up on the free Web site and use it on a regular basis to accumulate points.

The top 20 shelters that have earned the most points by March 13 will receive a visit by Zootoo. Zootoo will then pick the top 10, America will vote, and the winner will receive a makeover worth up to $1 million. However, all of the top 20 shelters will receive at least $10,000.

At one point Pure Thoughts was 13 on the list of charities. Now they have fallen to 22 with more than 276,380 points.

Visit www.zootoo.com for more information about the contest.
