Looks like this is a done deal with Priore, Coates, Bowen and Benacquisto voting, yes.

There will always be the on-going cost of police and fire that villagers will have to pay every year. Crime will go up.

And there will be no tax income for the village.

Verbal promises and surveys are not contractual agreements.

Still can't figure out why this jr college has to be IN Wellington. Place it in a western area. How about the Mecca property?

Perhaps, the county will sponsor that site.

Keep the traffic cut through from western college commuters out of Wellington.

Everybody knows people from Loxhatchee, Royal Palm, the Glades will cut through the village to get to the college site.

More traffic on Bink's Forest Drive, Big Blue and Forest Hill.

On another subject:

In regard to the temple and Jehovah Witness church that are interested in the two acres site on Lake Worth.

Why can't the village declare any land for sale and purchased by the temple or church as a civic site, much like was done with Fire Station 20.

That site were two single family plots that the village declared it needed for a civic purposes.

Do the same for both the temple and Witnesses. There is land near Station 20 that is for sale on Paddock Drive.

Perhaps, the temple or church can buy the land and work a deal with the village.

The two acres on Lake Worth Road should be a passive park.

In light of the one sided lease that PBCC presented to Wellington Council, which included none of the demands of Council members, how can Wellington seriously go forward with this plan, that has already cost them over $200,000?
