Broward Center offering Teen Ambasadors program

BCPA_logo_2013-2014.png

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is accepting applications from high school students interested in the arts for its 2014–2015 Broward Center Teen Ambassador Program.

Teen ambassadors participate in educational workshops with touring artists, write reviews, share their experiences via social media and see live performances in every genre. Last year’s class wrote more than 100 reviews and used social media to discuss their experiences with about 10,000 friends.

Since its inception in 2010, the Teen Ambassador Program has given nearly 100 students tickets to performances and provided behind-the-scenes knowledge of the arts at the Broward Center.

Each student will earn community service hours for participating in the program. Visit BrowardCenter.org/teenambassador, call 954-468-2689 or email teenambassador@browardcenter.org for more information.
