Get Fit Weston returns

Get Fit Weston is back for the third year with the Rotary Club of Weston continuing a community-wide initiative.

The program is built on a health and fitness theme in conjunction with and leading up to the club’s annual holiday season Run for Tomorrow 5K and Half Marathon races in December.

The Weston YMCA Family Center and area fitness centers and health partners are offering residents access to training programs, classes, health evaluations, screenings, testing and online education designed to help participants adopt healthier lifestyles and become more physically fit. Cost is $25 and gives access to 35 weekly fitness classes at seven different fitness partners until Dec. 8.
