New class in Weston for children who love science

Registration is under way for the "I Know Science" class at the Weston Community Center, 20200 Saddle Club Road.

The hands-on program is open to children from kindergarten through fifth grade starting Jan. 23 through March 20 on Wednesdays. Completed experiments will be sent home weekly.

Topics include erupting volcanoes, solar energy, bugs, static electricity and more. Cost is $220 with a $25 materials fee. For more information, visit www.iknowscience.com or
