ABC26 Entertainment - Grey's Anatomy

After a three episode arc, a two week hiatus and one big salary debacle, GREY's is BACK! and in full force I may say. Many of us were disappointed with the less than satisfying finale of the "Will Meredith die?" streak. But tonight, it was some old school Grey's Anatomy. Humor, awkwardness and a whole lot of drama. That being said, let's begin.
Christina's obsession with men who have a certain level of intellect and integrity - is it the only thing she is attracted to? Maybe. Was that the old Christina? Maybe. Will she freak out and call off the engagement with Burke? Maybe not. I beleive the return of the British speaking, Dark Vader of the surgical world will only make Ms. Yang rethink her stance on marriage.
Next, ole Mere. Despite the fact that the candlelight dinner was everything BUT a Leave it to Beaver episode, I think the Greys' will reunite. There is potential. Meredith is becoming more open to the idea of family and Thatcher is becoming less of a wuss. After all, as McDreamy says "she's worth the effort."
With the Izzie/Alex scene, although I don't see it going anywhere soon, I will say this...Izzie made a comment that every girl has thought before "Doesn't mean that I want you to be with anyone else." Everyone wants there cake and wants to gobble it up too.
In regards to the Callie/George/Izzie thing, I'm speechless. Not really, but I have to take a moment because I'm not sure exactly what to say. Callie is rich and curvy. Izzie is blonde, stacked, a supermodel and a petulent child. George is an idiot. For a man who plays an indecisive, confused sissy boy, he sure has a lot of options in the women department. Let's start with Callie. So his woman has a fortune, SO WHAT?!?! Embrace it. Seriously. Don't get mad and start a fight. Second, your best friend is a supermodel - don't remind your wife of that and then call her curvy! Do you know nothing about women??? Finally, don't get drunk with your supermodel BFF and sleep with her.! You think you have a lot of options now, wait until Callie finds out and Izzie freaks. You will be sleeping on Burke's couch all over again. And of all the men on Grey's Anatomy who could have slept with both Meredith and Izzie - why the hell is it George? Alex, I can beleive. McDreamy, sure. Even McSteamy - I can understand. BUT GEORGE!!!! Man, he's a great actor.
On a lighter note, we didn't see much of Bailey tonight except for her ridicuolus mushroom haircut. I'm thinking she wasn't a main character tonight because they're waiting for her hair to grow out.
Also, if you didn't catch October Road, like my Meggie says "Its Sweet Home Alabama meets Dawson's Creek" and I like it.
