May Sweeps Finale Dates - including American Idol
FOX is excited to announce season finale dates for our shows, as well as some extended episodes of AMERICAN IDOL for May!

As the competition heats up and the American Idol contestants are narrowed down to the final three, FOX will air two 1-hour results shows on May 9 and 16, and the 2-hour Season Finale on May 23:
o On TWO WEDNESDAYS, MAY 9 and MAY 16, from 9:00-10:00pm (ET/PT), FOX presents 1-HOUR AMERICAN IDOL results shows!
o On WEDNESDAY, MAY 23, 2007, from 8:00-10:00pm (ET/PT), FOX presents the 2-HOUR Season Finale, Pt. 2 of AMERICAN IDOL!
(NOTE: The AMERICAN IDOL Season Finale, Pt. 1 airs in its regularly scheduled time period on 5/22, and is 1 hour long – see below.)

MONDAYS
o 24 will have a 2-HOUR Season Finale on MONDAY, MAY 21 from 8:00-10:00pm.
(DRIVE will be premempted this one night only.)
TUESDAYS
o AMERICAN IDOL will have its Season Finale, Pt. 1 on TUESDAY, MAY 22 , from 8:00-9:00pm, leading into the Season Finale of HOUSE from 9:00-10:00pm.
WEDNESDAYS
o BONES will have its Season Finale on WEDNESDAY, MAY 9, from 8:00-9:00pm.
o Programming for WEDNESDAY, MAY 16 from 8:00-9:00pm will be announced soon.
o As announced above, AMERICAN IDOL will have its 2-hour Season Finale, Pt. 2 on WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, from 8:00-10:00pm.
THURSDAYS
o NANNY 911 will have its Season Finale on THURSDAY, MAY 3 from 8:00-9:00pm, leading into the Season Finale of TRADING SPOUSES from 9:00-10:00pm.
(NOTE: As previously announced, movies are scheduled for the two following Thursdays, May 10 and 17.)
FRIDAYS
o STANDOFF will have its Season Finale on FRIDAY, MAY 18, from 8:00-9:00pm, leading into the Season Finale of THE WEDDING BELLS from 9:00-10:00pm.
SATURDAYS
(NOTE: The Saturday prime time lineup is preempted on May 5 and 12 for live NASCAR races. Late night programming remains scheduled to air both of these nights.)
o Original episodes of COPS and AMERICA’S MOST WANTED will air at 8:00pm and 8:30pm on both APRIL 28 and MAY 19.
o MAD TV will have its Season Finale on SATURDAY, MAY 19 from 11:00pm-Midnight, leading into the Season Finale of TALKSHOW WITH SPIKE FERESTEN from Midnight-12:30am.
SUNDAYS
o KING OF THE HILL will have a 1-HOUR Season Finale on SUNDAY, MAY 20, from 7:00-8:00pm.
