Prophetic Ad?

Our very own Idol Expert Artie found something that he thought was more than coincidental, and he wanted to share. So take it away, Funkenstein...

I was cruisin' around the Internets and happened upon a page that made me giggle. I then highlighted the relevant parts and added a message to one of our Idol Finalists...

When I saw the banner ads for Crest Toothpaste all over the official Idol site the other day, I nearly mistook the girl for our dear ol' Kristy Lee Cook. Then I realized that my mistake could be something of a prophecy. It was like I was looking into a sad, harsh crystal ball. The sparkly smile, the curly hair framing a pretty face, and no sound.
You could pretty much cut KLC's face out of that line-up of potential singing stars and toothpaste it right over their current generic purty girl, and it's like you've zoomed into the Crest campaign for 2012.
Or sooner.
Even the ad's message of "Keep it Fresh" is eerily relevant to her run on the show to date. It's like she's sending a message from the future to other contestants, warning them of the dangers of being boring beyond belief, week after week.
Good luck using your pretty smile for money, honey. I don't know how good the tooth-modeling money is, but I hope it's enough to save Midnight (her horse she sold to get to the Idol auditions) from the glue factory, if it's not already too late, that is...
