Seminole Coconut Creek in June: Time to travel

Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will give away ive-star accommodations, including airfare and airport-hotel transfers, to Austria (pictured at left), Argentina, Uruguay, Antigua, and Alaska at 10 p.m. each Thursday in June.

The trips are part of the casino’s “Extreme Dream Million Dollar Summer” promotion that kicked off on Memorial Day weekend and will end on Labor Day.

Other prizes include cash of $100, $250, $500, and $1,000, he said.

According to the casino's release, the trip to Austria includes accommodations at three different five-star resorts within seven days. The Schloss Fuschl Resort is near Salzburg on Lake Fuschl in the Austrian mountain countryside. The Hotel Sacher Wein is located in romantic Vienna, and the Hotel Sacher Salzbury is in Mozart’s birthplace, the city of Salzburg.

The Argentina trip is a seven-day stay at two Four Seasons resorts: the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, and the Four Seasons Resort Carmelo, Uruguay, which borders Argentina. Hotel Buenos Aires is in the exclusive La Recoleta district, and has been renovated to reflect the period beauty of an early 20th-century, French-style mansion. Resort Carmelo is nestled amidst pine and eucalyptus trees by the scenic Rio de la Plata – just a hop from Buenos Aires or Montevideo.

“Beginning on Thursday, June 5th and every Thursday thereafter in June we’ll give away ‘extreme dream’ getaways to ‘A-list’ resort destinations in Austria, Argentina, and Antigua, and a week-long cruise to Alaska,” said Steve Bonner, general manager.

Curtain Bluff Resort, overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the southern tip of Antigua, West Indies, in 2007 was named one of the top 10 Caribbean resorts by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler, and one of the “World’s Best Hotels” in Travel + Leisure magazine.

The Alaskan cruise departing from Seattle, Washington is for seven days and six nights aboard a luxury cruise ship with balcony suite accommodations and all meals included.

To be eligible, contestants must be 21 years old and a member of the Players Club.
