Seminole Hollywood promotions for October

Seminole Casino Hollywood (known by locals as Seminole Classic) has Game Show Fever month for October.

Every Tuesday – Saturday evening in October there will be a game show. Over $3 million is up for grabs.

The casino describes its games:

Strip Poker Game Show:Every Friday & Saturday in October (except Oct. 31), we will be holding hourly drawings from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. where someone can walk away with up to $75,000 at each drawing. One person every hour will win the opportunity to “strip” their choice of models. On its promotional wall, there will be a game board with an image of a female and male model. Covering each model will be envelopes containing playing cards. The contestant will select 5 envelopes to reveal not only the model but a poker hand. If the poker hand is a royal flush, he/she walks away with $75,000 cash. Other prizes include $750 for one pair, $1,000 for two pairs, $1,500 for three of a kind, $2,000 for a straight, $2,500 for a full house and $5,000 for four of a kind.

Punch a Prize: From 4-10 p.m. Thursdays, a contestant can win up to $6,000 cash. There are two rows of six holes. The contestant will punch one hole on the top row where he/she will find an envelope containing a cash amount- $250, $500, $1,000 or $2,000. Before opening the envelope to reveal the cash prize, they must decide whether or not to punch a hole in the bottom row. The bottom row holes reveal "Win Half," "Double your money" or "Triple Your Money."

Super Seminole Hi-Lo: Every 45 minutes from 1 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, a contestant will be selected to play Super Seminole Hi-Lo. In this game, there will be 7 oversized cards on the board. The first card is revealed and the contestant will begin to guess whether the next card is higher or lower than the previous card. With each correct guess, comes additional dollars. $150 for the first correct guess, $200 for the 2nd, $250 for the 3rd, $300 for the 4th and $500 for the 5th. Then comes the Super Card. The contestant can chose to walk away with the $500 or wager $250 to play the Super Card. If they guess it correctly, they win $1,000 but if they guess incorrectly, they walk away with $250.


Meanwhile, the casino is having a Bad Beat Must Go Jackpot Poker Tournament at noon Oct. 19. There is a minimum guaranteed prize pool of $45,000. It’s a $150 buy-in with 10,000 starting chips.
