Gail Levine Cohen of Palm Beach Gardens won Wednesday's event in the Palm Beach Poker Classic, a game of H.O.R.S.E. (I didn't know you shooting a basketball could get you a poker title.)

The tournament, the third in this week's series, drew 119 entries. The final 11 players chopped the prize pool at $820 a head, but and played it out for the points and Cohen prevailed

Next in line were:

2) Edward White / Lake Park
3) Allen Green / Wellington
4) Joseph Rossi / Jupiter
5) Thomas Nasuti / Juno Beach
6) Antonio Pinzari / West Palm Beach
7) Stephanie Hughes / West Palm Beach
8) David Katz / Delray Beach
9) Mark Proman / Boca Raton
10) Lesley Mims / Palm City
11) John Bastarche / Delray Beach

The win vaults her into fourth in the Player of the Year points competition, behind the winners of the Monday's and Tuesday's tournament and Monday's second-place winner.
