If you are not a citizen of the USA, you should not be allowed to win a lottery. Go buy tickets in your own country! Or better yet, go back there and let those people take care of you. Enough of stealing free medical and schooling. Get legal, pay taxes, become a citizen and then you can enjoy all that the USA has to offer. Personally, I think all lotteries suck and should be re-vamped to distrubute the lottery winnings more fairly amoung ALL winners.

If you paid less on the top prize and gave some of that to people who hit 3,4,or 5 numbers, I think alot more people would play, I know I would.

Obviously there are exceptions to the rule, just like there are a couple of decent drivers in South Florida. But most high school kids who join the armed forces do it when there are no other options.
