Our shout-out to FAU on this very special week continues with Dineoncampus.com, the university's definitive source on campus food.

Those of a certain age remember when campus dining was somewhere between hospital food and freeze-dried airplane chicken dinners. Not anymore. The university's breezeway boasts several fine eateries and in-depth food service industry video coverage.
