I think the Chicago Bears' "Super Bowl Shuffle" in 1985 was a cultural highpoint. Everyone began to believe they could make their own rap videos whether they were employees at a southern food brokerage or pregnant women in spandex.

Seriously, who thought "The Prego Shuffle" was a good idea?
