Maru the Cat meets a paper bag

So there's a cat in Japan named Maru and he's apparently a popular feline on the YouTube. One of his videos has gotten more than 3 million hits.

What makes Maru so special? I don't know, but I found myself transfixed by his latest video. It involves Maru walking around with a paper bag on his head.
