...or maybe not, since Marcus Johnson, 33, just got sentenced to 10 years in prison for doing just that to the Wichita City Hall.

Johnson's motive? A cop told him to turn down his radio.

This video is all over the Web, but I was particularly a fan of this "remix," featuring the Blues Brothers song "Can't Turn You Loose."
