Staten Island teen falls down manhole while texting

Yet another example of the perils of getting wrapped up in texting. A Staten Island girl fell down a manhole while she was texting.

So who do you blame: the sanitation workers or the teen?

This report came from WCBS-TV out of New York City.

Please good luck with suing a city. My husband and I tried suing after the DEA had barged in my home scaring all four of our children, throwing my father with a hurt shoulder on the floor, my brother in law to the floor, arresting my husband and walking him out of a van to a tiny jail cell being taped and his face plastered all over the news as an airport employee tht was smuggling drugs..problem?? He never worked at the airport and they got the wrong man. after I contacted a news station the news station realized the error and contact the DEA...My husband lost work missed work and after that has not been the same emotionally. So much so that we have been seperated for the last three years. He just has not been the same since. did we get a dime or a public apology...NO nothing. I think our lawyers were paid off. I really do...so yea good luck with getting a dime from them...
