Nothing -- as long as you're prepared for some large fines from the FCC and a possible firing since it was your very first show.

Like indecency, profane speech is prohibited on broadcast radio and television between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Her "fleeting expletive" was at 12:41 am and SNL is not firing her. I would even hazard a guess that it was done accidentally on purpose, since the US Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling that the FCC could not levy fines for "fleeting expletives". Take THAT, fucking FCC.
