Puppy can't get up
Friend of WTN Kevin Cobb says there is no dog video better than this. Considering he is the one who introduced us here to Live Puppy Cam and made a Shiba Inu tribute video, we'll take his word on it.

He is a bulldog - poor baby, probably had trouble breathing lying on his back. Video is kinda cruel.

I was schocked actually - definitely could not smile.
Yes, it is cruel. Rather like a sheep that's stuck on its back - they cannot get up and they die, that's one of the reasons they need a shepherd. However, not everyone knows it so for that I forgive the video taker.

It bothered me as well. This was not funny, actually. He may have some physical problems that need attention. Poor thing. Instead of videotaping, the little guy's owner should have helped him roll over.
