Vladimir Putin may be the most butt-kickingest world leader since Teddy Roosevelt. Insanely large army? Check. Saves a television crew from a marauding Siberian tiger? You betcha (wink!). Black belt in judo (6th degree, for the record)? Oh hell yes.
