I love Tara, & am rooting so hard for her to win. She has become so strong physically AND emotionally. She has become an amazing woman, & she's my new idol. I've loved watching her journey, seeing her realize all that she's capable of, seeing her win all those challenges because she has such a steely reserve. It's been beautiful seeing her become so self confident.

I love Tara. Her determination and non-stop abiliity to overcome idiot boys and so much more make her a great role model. What's wrong with crying? Tara has so much to be proud of. I like Mike the most--he is so genuine and just think he has the best intentions. Tara has done well but I am not crazy about her personality, a lot of self ego stroking. I like Mike so much more and he has also accomplished losing the most weight in biggest loser history! Go Mike!

What an amazing episode! Tara, you rocked my world once again! I knew you would win the marathon. I felt horrible that Mike couldn't run it, I really do like him. Whose brilliant idea was it to have them run a freaking marathon anyway? Bob was right, Ron shouldn't have done it. I can't imagine what that did to his body. I'm so proud of all of them for finishing.
Anyway, Tara, you have more inner strength than you realize, & I hope you realize more of it everyday. I too would love to meet her, she's incredible.
The crying is to be expected. Surviving those workouts must be nearly impossible. Plus, the reason 99% of them got to the weight they did was because of emotional over eating. If they don't deal w/ the reasons why they got there, they'll never 'get it', & will go right back to where they started. What Jillian & Bob are helping them deal w/ are the food, the exercise, & the emotional issues. If you don't deal w/ all 3, you're just wasting your time.

I hope Mike wins. He isn't all about himself like Helen is. I can't believe she put herself before her daughter. I like Tara but she has an attitude.

I agree with Mary helen about Helen. I know Ron cannot win - but he puts his son before all and they did achieve some incredible goals togther. Tara or Mike would be terrific winners and I want to root for them both. All of the contestants really did win for themselves. But I do think Helen was really rather selfish and self-centered in putting herself before her daughter.

I would love to see Mike or Tara win. Or really anyone but Ron. Ron seems to be a manipulator and risked his sons' lives by setting such a bad example for them for their entire lives until he could get on a TV show. His sons have been through so much and he should have stepped up before now, addressed his own problems that led to his own self-destructive behavior and dealt with it before his children suffered so much.

I don't think you can say any one person deserves to win more than another. They've all accomplished something amazing. However, I would say I would LIKE to see anyone but Helen win. She seems totally self-involved and even more manipulative, but less effective, than Ron. What was that stunt she tried to pull on Laura, when Laura had the single vote? Shannon said she wanted her mom to stay, but it was obvious she was just playing the role of the dutiful daughter, to a self-indulgent mother. So, go MIKE, RON, and TARA!

I am so impressed with the accomplishments of all 4 finalists. Losing weight is very emotional; I have cried along with them! Tara's crying, however, has worn me out. I'd love to see Mike win this one! I never thought there was any chance at all that Ron would make it this far, and am so glad he has achieved this degree of success, shedding 150+ lbs. Hopefully he will keep up this great progress. Ron blames himself for what has happened to both of his sons. Mike's doing great, and surely Max will pull it together as well. It's not about blame now as the past cannot be changed. Go forward from here ... never look back! The previous comments about Helen being self-indulgent are probably very true, but she evidently recognized that she was more dedicated to this journey than her daughter was. Maybe her success will help her daughter do more. Regardless of who wins the money, they all are winners, having reclaimed their lives. Cheers to all of them! Keep up the amazing work!!

weigh as you age, I know I am fifty,I have been trying to lose for sometime.It wasn't selfish for Helen to stay it was nessasary, you need the help more than a younger person in my opinion. Your body starts slowing down as you age, you have aches and pains you never had when you were younger. Helen represents us older folks and I for one am proud of what she has done for herself. In Helen and her daughter's case I think it was for the best that Helen stayed at the ranch.

Tara s usual did very well. i wish Filipe had been one of the four instead of Ron who had no business walking 26 miles in his condition. He could have had a heart attack. But Helen did not put herself before her daughter, though. It was the daughter who insisted, repeat, insisted her Mom stay... There was something there they both knew... and no one else. I hope Mike gets to win. but I am afraid Tara will get that!Helen leaves me cold. Selfishness is her main motto. So I am voting for Mike to be in the last three.

I think Tara deserves to win if only because she has DOMINATED
this season like no other contestant ever has on the Biggest Loser. Her determination from week 1 has been nothing short of amazing. In the end, they're all winners! This is the only reality show I've ever watched. It is so motivating to anyone who has struggled with weight. Bob and Jillian are the best!

I don't understand how Helen is in the final three, she lost the least weight during the 30 days!! Mike,Tara and Ron lost the most weight. They should be on the final. How now America has to vote for Mike or Ron? makes no sense to me, I'm disappointed.

I truly think that Tara DESERVE this...She has conquered above and beyond everything that was required of her this season. She has set her goals and kept them. I am not an overweight person...I eat healthy and go to the gym frequently and she inspires ME!! I belive her tears are genuine...She is dealing with alot of issues....She just transformed her whole entire being!! She became a new person in front of all of us in a few short weeks. A goal that most people cannot accomplish in a year or more!! So props to you Tara!! I hope to see you get that money!! You deserve it for your hard work, sweat , blood and yes, all those tears, my dear!! And as far as Helen, give her a break...she is selfish for taking this chance away from her daughter BUT some parents dont know any better. The fact is...she is now healthier and can hopefully teach her daughter to becaome healthier too. Now, I've been saving my last GRIPE for last!! I am still SO PISSED about the Kristen thing!! GO TARA! She deserves to win it all!. This show encourges these people to cry and while it is vastly annoying, this should not have any thing to do with who wins.

Go Tara, you are amazing, 14 or 15 out of 18 challenges won. Unheard of. You deserve it all. You also along with everyone else inspired me. I am 67 years old and weighed 340 pounds. I had a crushed ankle and a crushed shoulder some time ago, and knew I could not do the training you do. But I could sure eat like you do. So on January 5, I starting eating the things I read about on the website and what I see on the show. And to date, have lost 46 pounds and am under 300 (294) for the first time in over 10 years. Again I will be rooting for Tara but good luck to everyone.

All the contestants have done great.. but Tara has won all the same challenges that former BL winners in previous seasons. And she did it because she has been driven to succeed.. do her very best. GO TARA!

Mike & Ron have accomplished great things. I commended their ability to want the best for everyone for the beginning of the season.. it was refreshing after last season & how coneiving contestants were to each other. More desperate for the cash & notariety then the accomplishment. Unfortunately, this ideal was too great of a burden for them both. I feel that Ron is so adiment on pushing Mike as far along in the competition as he can for as long as he can is due to his unresolved guilt in being the living example of obesity in their family. Plus, if one was to use the idea of allowing those who"need it most" to stay the longest as a strategy... wouldn't Mike & Ron win the most form that argument? I think they played the game more than anyone here.. they acoomplished many great things that will deeply affect their lives from here on out... but neither of them deserve to win on the merit of how great of a competitor they are.

After reading a few comments on here about Helen being selfish, I really had to respond. Helen really wanted this for both herself & her daughter.. the trouble is she wanted it more than her daughter had. Her daughter was the one to ask to leave and there were plenty of times in the season she wanted to quit. So KUDOS to Helen for recognizing that she is just as important as her grown adult daughter.. being a mother does not make one less worthy of accomplishment! She can be an inspiration to many mature woman in this country that they too can achieve these same goals if they strive for them. The shame should be on those people here who think her accomplishments are any less than they are.

The way Ron and Mike conspired to get rid of the competition last few weeks,it would look good on Mike to not be in final 3.
What goes around comes around,Mike took easy way out not letting Kirsten or Filipe compete with him,helen threw her own daughter to the curb plus she cost Tara $10,000 by eating that cookie when no one else did,cheapshot Helen.

Allison has it wrong when she says Tara never fell below the yellow line. In fact, there were 2 occassions where Tara GAINED weight. Unfortunately for the other contestants, she had immunity. I believe Mike should win as he has shown how awesome a person he really is by giving up a year's supply of food to another contestant in need. That's a real winner!!!

Tara should win Biggest Loser. Mike has done a great job and he is a genuinely good kid. Unfortunately, he has a very manipulative father who has lied and deceived people throughout the competition. I used to dislike Helen for sending her daughter home, but she is way more committed than her daughter is...and Helen has a wicked sense of humor which is refreshing. I agree with Tara's crying, but Helen crys too. And so does Mike. Let's face it, this season has been the crying season. But except for Ron, who should have let his son succeed on his won and was deceitful, this season's contestants are much nicer people than last season. And kudos to Jillian, who looks like she will have yet another winner this year. Jillian goes to the root of why these folks become obese. Bob is a great trainer, but only cares about winning. Tara Costa is a determined woman, winning challenge after challenge when the others were out to get her. And she grows more and more beautiful every week. It is plan to see why she was a model. Whether it be Tara, Mike or Helen, these folks have accomplished so much. They are already winners!

My vot is for Mike to go home because of his comment a few weeks back that he was going to win it all. And also because him and his father both are manupulating the game with thier lies and deciet. America should vote to keep Ron in just to see his son go home and to see him lose it all. The lies they told will come out when the rest of the contestants see the show and they will see just how rotten they both really are. They both remind me of Heba from last season. Go TARA!!!!!

I am voting for Ron, because I want Tara to win. It will be easy for Mike to lose over 50% of his body weight, as he weighed so much more to start with. It will be hard for Tara to do the same. It makes me think of the Heba blindside last year. Ron wants us to vote for Mike, so I'm going to vote for Ron! I like Mike and feel badly for him. Tara was the most committed of anyone on the show. I too think Helen eating the cookie was a cheap shot. I also thought the segment that showed her fantasy of being a golf pro I think?, looking down her nose at everyone was telling. She is so arrogant and feels she is above everyone, sadly even her daughter.

that is what is being shown on the TV. I think Helen is in for an emotional turmoil with her daughter not getting the attention when this is over. To do what they have done one has to look into themselfs first and take the support where it is given.
Her daughter is not helping. Maybe in words but not in actions. So Helen only has her husband to live with for support.
Ron bugs me he never saw what he was doing to his family? What about his wife? Step up to the plate lady. Max needs the support from all viewers since he never got the support from home. All through the season all Ron mostly talked about was Mike. Mike is correct he is not traind to deal with the emotional difficulties they have lived through.
I think the biggest loser should bring Max on the next season. He needs their support.
He was there to support his brother where Helen's daughter wasn't. I am not so sure about Tara's so called friends from the conversation at the restaurant. Only one supported her during the marathon. The least they could of done was mail a sign to put up!
You go Tara and as much as you love your mom leave her behind and develop a new relationship with her, one that sees you as a person and never let's you gain that much weight ever again. Hint: She's not fat. Tara needs to realize that its her life just like Helen did and put the people behind her that are basking in the glory of being a friend but are not true friends. Mike needs to go away and go to college and keep on the road to emotional recovery. I want Tara to win because she deserves it

Tara does not deserve to win the title. Just 4 years ago she was nearly the same size she is now after losing all of the weight on the show. Anyone who exercises knows it's easier to lose weight when you've been a smaller size. Mike, on the other hand, has been big his entire life. His body and mind have known no other lifestyle. What he has accomplished and his new view on life, food and fitness is incredible. Way to go, Mike. Mike truly had to change his life. Tara just had to get back to a life she knew just 4 years ago. And anyone who critisizes Ron for using the game to get Mike to the end is ridiculous. They're family!! We would all do the same for our family in a heartbeat and anyone that denies that is a liar.

I think Tara will win and she deserves to win. Helen is annoying and so full of herself. I am sure her daughter is very proud of her...right. Her daughter is a young girl that should have been given the chance to change her life and who is to say is she would have been commited to doing it. Look at Laura and how she started out. Ron has annoyed me the whole season, always acting as though he was in charge of who comes and goes and what he did to Kristen was terrible. Mike has done a great job, but I don't think he will keep the weight off after he leaves the ranch as he seems to have too many issues to deal with.

As a father of kids in their late teens and early 20's, I want the best for kids. But I would not manipulate other people to make sure my kids won the BIG prize of $250k. Instead, I would be encouraging them to lose the weight and develop good eating habits. Ron seems more interested in winning the money than supporting his son to become healthy. Family would not be so deceitful to ensure their loved ones would win. Ron not only manipulated people, but he lied for his son and in front of his son. Is this the lesson he is teaching Mike and Max? That it is okay to be cut throat in a competition and lie? Ron should have let Mike fight on his own. The kid would have still lost the weight and would have earned being in the Final Four for his own accomplishments. Now people will always feel he got there because of his father. Ron is not the father of the year.

I would like Tara to win. She put her whole self into losing weight. Tears, geez I would be crying too if I had to go through the exercises that they all went through. I'm so amazed how they all stuck with it and was able to keep it up. Tara is the most humble and sincere. Ron is a manipulator but he is a caring father and would do almost anything for his boys. Helen just bugs me. I don't know why - just does. You go Tara - I wish you the best. I wish I had your stamina.

Oh, please, with all this Ron garbage. It's a game. That's why the show let's the contestants vote between two instead of just knocking off the person on the bottom. Of course they're all there to lose weight, but if they can play the game and win a little money too-why not?!

I have enjoyed watching Tara. She didn't play the head games and such . She just worked hard, kept it simple and stayed above the "yellow line"

I was thinking that it would be between Tara and Mike. They both have came so far and I have predicted that it would be between these 2 in the end, and now that Mike hurt his hip I think that it will be Tara and I think she deserves it. I think that she has worked really hard. Mike still does have a chance but it won't be as easy now that he has hip problems.

Tera should win, she's the only one who has stayed true to herself and others. Helen is a sorry mother and needs to look outside herself, as a mother of 4 myself I can't belive how she could have been so unloving to her own, her daughter has her whole life in front of her and needed the help she haden't gotten from her mother at home. Tara is an inspiration to me and when I step on that treadmill, I just keep thinking of her and how she pushed herself. Tara is the Biggest Loser and has played the game honorably and with the determination needed to come out on top. She truly is amazing and I hope that she wins the title and the money. I love, love, love this show. I am in awe of how hard they work and think it is a wonderful example to all. I see so many people who are overweight and it makes me sad. The health costs from being overweight are monumental. Biggest loser is making a difference. I'm pulling for Tara but would be okay if Mike wins because I know he will help Max. While I have been impressed by Helen's tenacity, I just don't connect to her authenticity. I can't wait to see all the candidates who were voted off in earlier episodes. I really pray that Daniel will come back and lose big and, of course, that there is less drama between some of the couples.
