It's Coupon Chaos time again. Enter you best tips of the week, and lets help each other be good strategic shoppers!

My best suggestion this week: I have the J C Penney's flyer taped to my cubicle wall so I don't forget. On February 12th, 3pm-close, and 13th, 9am-1pm, certain styling products will be 50% off. My old standby, Paul Mitchell, is included in this sale. There's a $10 off $40 coupon in that ad from last Sunday's paper, so I'll stock up.

There are going to be over $325 in coupons in Sunday's Sun Sentinel...four inserts in total. Two Smart Sources, a Red Plum and a P&G saver.

Lots of good coupons, make sure to get at least two sets for those BOGOs. We haven't discussed how YOU get your two sets in a while, do you get them from Grandma, a neighbor, recyclers, the dollar store, or...? Share your ideas with us. We are all in this together.

Just in time for Valentine's Day: Buy a red dress, top or lingerie at Macy's at an extra 10% to 20% off during its "Wear Red" sale.There's another to wear red: it signifies heart health as promoted by the American Heart Association.

Does anyone else miss the days when Starbucks was promoting their bottled coffee drinks! Remember when we had the $1 off coupons in the Sunday inserts? I haven't had my afternoon Frappucino in months, since those coupons ran out! I miss them.

They have a promotion right now...go to the Frappucino website and tell them your favorite flavor, then you can print a $1 off coupon. Then use it when Walgreens has them on sale for $1.25 each. One bottle? Just enough to tease us?

Andrea posted that her Boca Raton Albertsons was closing, and today CJ posted that there are big mark-downs at the Pembroke Pines store.

Panicked that my Oakland Park store was next, I made a quick call to Albertsons customer service. Yes, it was confirmed that the following stores were underperforming and are being closed: Boca, Pines, Lake Worth, Delray Beach, and Royal Palm Beach. They will be liquidating stock. Staying open: Key West, Oakland Park, Pt St Lucie and Vero Beach.

Discounts vary by department, starting at 10%, with 33% off on wine, up to 70% off on greeting cards. It might be worth a trip for you bargain hunters.
